Our much loved traditional Cotswolds farmhouse has hosted family celebrations for three generations, we now invite you to make it your home from home for the Badminton Horse Trials in 2026.

Gates at the Badminton Horse Trials open from 7am¹, so staying so close to the action lets you make the most of the early starts.

For those arriving in style, our private airstrip can also accommodate helicopter landings.

Our self‑catering Cotswold home is all about time together: drinks on the terrace or cooking supper as a group in the generous kitchen.
If you’d rather be spoiled, bring your own private chef or let us arrange one so you can linger over cocktails while dinner is prepared.
For a more relaxed vibe, cook al-fresco using the barbecue or authentic pizza oven.
In the morning, wander to the kitchen for fresh coffee and breakfast at your own pace before heading back to Badminton.

Getting to Badminton Horse Trials
By car it’s an easy drive of around 9 miles from the farmhouse to Badminton Estate.
Parking passes must be bought in advance during Trials week.
Or why not reserve chauffeur services for your party, so you can relax and enjoy the day without worrying about logistics.








Bedrooms
There are eight well proportioned bedrooms, five are en-suite and the family bathroom is easily accessed to the other bedrooms, enjoy lovely
complimentary soaps and body lotions.
Slumber in big restful beds, each room has its own character and the master also has a dressing room.





Reception Rooms
The house is well planned with big comfy living spaces so you can stretch out and enjoy time together. When it’s a little colder the open fires
add a warm welcome when you return from a day out exploring.
The kitchen is well equipped and the dining room has lots of space to enjoy time eating together.

Garden & Grounds
Our gardener takes pride in the array of pretty shrubs and manicured borders. There’s lots of space for children to play and you can always set
up the barbecue and eat alfresco. From the beginning of May until the end of September enjoy a dip in the pool (subject to weather of course). All surrounded by uninterrupted views of the countryside.






Dining
If you want to use your own culinary skills in the kitchen, the Cotswolds is a haven for food-lovers and has a wealth of locally‑sourced produce
with lots of freshly grown vegetables, breads and regional cheeses from the Cotswold Creamery.
If you would rather let someone else take up that mantle, whilst we don’t have a resident chef we can offer lunch or an evening meal on request. Alternatively bring along your own chef, if we have notice, we can also help to resource a chef for you.
